In recent days, several cases of spontaneous combustion of Tula-made Haval crossovers have been recorded in Russia. In all incidents, we are talking about platform models F7 and F7x, and they caught fire, being left outside during severe frosts.

The first case was registered in Nizhnevartovsk: Haval F7x burned down on December 26. On the same day, information appeared about a similar incident in Nefteyugansk.

On Monday, December 28, the third victim published his sad story on the Haval owners forum. His car burned down on December 25.

Plus, two more cases were recorded in Surgut. Since only in the last hour's information about two incidents has appeared, the number of burned cars may be higher. All owners declare that the vehicles were in good working order at the time of the accident. Their age did not exceed one year with a corresponding low mileage.

Only two facts are reliably known: 1) fires occur in severe frost (about -40 degrees), 2) their geography is limited to Siberia.

Presumably, the epicenter of the fire is under the body in the rear.

One of the owners in the Telegram community noted that he recently began to notice the smell of gasoline. It turned out that fuel was oozing from a crack in the return hose next to the fuel filter. Plus, in some cases, the cars were on autostart, which was triggered when the internal combustion engine temperature dropped below the set value.

“We conduct research and check all possible versions of what happened, as well as keep in touch with the owners of these cars and inform them about all stages of the procedure. However, until the end of the study, we will refrain from any comments, ”- Haveil Motor Rus LLC replied to a request from one of the clients.

In the Droma edition, the situation is different - our Haval F7 "died" in a severe frost.
