From April 1, 2021, the order of interaction between the traffic police and driving schools will be changed. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared a corresponding draft order, writes TASS.
The innovations will affect the grounds for refusing to take an exam in traffic police units in groups from driving schools.
"The grounds for refusing to appoint the place, date and time of the exam as part of an organized group are the lack of information about the study group, the organization's lack of a license to carry out educational activities in the main vocational training programs, or the suspension, revocation or termination of the license," draft order.
If there are such grounds, the examination department of the traffic police will send a notification to the driving school with a reasoned justification for the refusal by registered mail or hand it over to the representative of the educational institution personally.
Also, driving schools, within five days from the start of training, must transmit to the police information about candidates for drivers in compliance with the requirements for personal data.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs will check information about the presence of contraindications or restrictions to driving the candidates, as well as information about the medical organizations that issued the conclusions. Verification of such information is planned to be carried out by means of requests through a unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
By the way, from April 1, 2021, the license exam will also change. Inspectors will pay special attention to driving skills in a real situation, and the "site" will no longer need to be handed over.
In addition, the list of errors and violations, for which penalty points will be awarded, will change. They were divided into subgroups - one, two or three points. But there will be gross mistakes - for them the examinee will immediately receive a "failure": if he did not fasten his seat belt or used the phone while driving.
