Volkswagen has issued a patent for the Polo liftback in a modification with a factory tuning kit "Sport". The title of protection for the car is published in the fips.ru database.
Recall that VW dealers have been taking orders for such a Polo since December 7th. The styling kit includes Torsby R16 rims, a mesh grille, black painted mirror caps, a rear spoiler, tinted taillights, and a number of styling features in the cabin. The Sport package also includes rear disc brakes.
Tuning is available for Polo in three trim levels - Respect, Status and Exclusive, the surcharge for it depends on the version and varies from 37,000 to 85,000 rubles. The minimum price for Polo with such a kit is 1 007 900 rubles.
The liftback is manufactured at the Volkswagen plant in Kaluga, it is equipped with 1.6 and 1.4-liter gasoline engines. The 1.6-liter is available in two power options - 90 or 110 hp, the base for them is a 5-speed "mechanics", for the 110-horsepower a 5-range "automatic" is also available as an option. The 1.4-liter engine is a turbo with a capacity of 125 hp, it is paired with a 7-speed "robot" DSG. The Sport package is available for any of the modifications.
